Membership for properties already connected to our system are readily transferred from the selling owner to a new owner. Please be advised that membership for properties does not confirm a water meter is installed. The bookkeeper can confirm the presence of a meter.Please review the Application for Membership and Operations Policy
Generally, owners of properties within the boundaries of the map will be granted membership, and obtain a new water connection, in response to a properly executed Application for Membership, installation of a shut off valve, payment of the connection fee and payment to the plumber.
The PAMDWCA Board will not commit to membership availability except in response to an Application for Membership by the property owner.
New connections are made by our plumber; all costs are billed to the new Member in addition to fees described in the Operations Policy.
