PAMDWCA bills its members at the beginning of each month for the previous month. Payment is due on the last day of the month or late charges may apply. At this time only checks or money orders will be accepted for payment. In addition to a charge for water used, members currently pay a monthly administrative fee. Our current fee schedule can be found in the appendix to our Operations Policy

Generally, meters are read and inspected on the last day of the month. Please read the operation policy to see member responsibilities regarding accesss to meters. A charge could apply if the meter is not clean or accessible on the day the meter is read. Our mailing address is PO Box 1798, Silver City, NM 88062-1798.
