Transfer of Membership/Meter

  • Purchaser
    • Confirm there is a meter on the property.** (please confirm with bookkeeper)
    • Fill out a membership application
    • Wait for Membership Approval
    • Membership Approved
    • Pay Application fee and deposit
    • Pay connection fee
    • Wait for your welcome letter
    • ***Please be advised that a membership in the association does not confirm water to a property. A meter near your property does not mean it is your meter. Please take the time to confirm with the bookkeeper before purchasing property.***

  • Pay final pro-rated bill
