The Board usually meets on the third Wednesday of odd months at 6:00 PM. The meetings are held at 4759 Highway 15, the Pinos Altos Volunteer Fire & Rescue Station #1. Board meetings are subject to the provisions of the Open Meetings Act 2024-02 Current meeting agendas are posted on this website's home page & on the PA Fire House bulletin board at least 72 hours in advance of any meeting. Past agendas are on the documents tab. Draft minutes are posted on the home page within 10 days of the meeting. Final minutes are posted upon approval at a subsequent meeting and can be found on the documents tab.
